Amaretto Vanilla Chai Trifle
Everytime I make this it's a hit and everyone wants the recipe. Got this from a great AF friend..she happen to be from Oregon too. Hence, the Oregon Chai!!
1 bag amaretto cookies
2 (5 oz) pkgs instant vanilla pudding
3 cups cold milk
2 cups Oregon Vanilla Chai Latte concentrate
1 16 oz whipped topping (thawed)
2 pkgs lady fingers
Chop amaretto cookies into small crumbs. Set aside. Prepare each package of pudding with 1.5 cups of milk and 1.5 cups of chai. set aside.
In a trifle dish:
Layer as follows: cookie crumbs, pudding, whipped topping, lady fingers, cookie crumbs, pudding, whipped topping, lady fingers, cookie crumbs, pudding, whipped topping. Garnish with cookie crumbs or I like to use chopped up HEATH bars.
