Caesar Salad

Got this recipe about 10 years ago from my oldest friend Emily S.  My kids love it so much I always catch them licking their bowls clean...

juicing the lemons with the juicer Em got me back in 2000

dressing

adding the croutons

Ingredients

2 lemons, juiced
1 head romaine lettuce
4-5 garlic cloves, peeled
salt and pepper
1/3 c olive oil
Kraft Parmesan grated in the green can*
croutons

Rub a large bowl with the garlic until there are just pieces of garlic left.  Leave the pieces in the bowl.  Juice the lemons and add them to the bowl.  Add olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.  Stir until combined.  Clean and chill the lettuce.  After the dressing is finished scoop out the garlic pieces and  tear and add lettuce.  Toss until lettuce is coated with the dressing.  Add a generous amount of Parmesan cheese and croutons.  Serve immediately.
