Lemon Squares
Crust:
2 cups flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup butter, softened
Filling:
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 cup lemon juice
Frosting:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 Tbsp lemon juice
Heat oven to 350. Combine all crust ingredients until crumbly; press into ungreased 9x13 baking pan and bake for 20 - 30 minutes, until golden brown. Combine all filling ingredients except lemon juice; blend well. Stir in lemon juice. Pour over warm crust. Bake an additional 25-30 minutes or until top is golden brown. Combine frosting ingredients; blend until smooth. Spread over cooled bars.

I made these for a Memorial Day picnic...wow the crust is perfect very crispy and yummy....
