Zesty Lemon Chicken

LEMONS are One of my favorite ingredients to cook with!  Serve this easy chicken dish over a lemon inspired risotto along side your favorite steamed vegetable for a balanced and easy meal.

Ingredients

1 TBSP butter
1 packet Zesty Italian dressing mix
1 lemon
3-4 chicken breast

First, melt the butter in a large pan.

Add the chicken, sprinkle the dressing mix over the chicken, drizzle lemon juice over. Cook until tender.
