Day 5, 6 & 7
And the challenge continues into the weekend.....
Day 5:
Nothing fancy here to post just had left overs either leftover jambalaya or chicken Cacciatore . Smoothie for breakfast and lots of fresh fruit and veggies with hummus for lunches.
Day 6:
Free day! Give yourself one day a week to splurge a bit. It keeps you focused and keeps you motivated to eat right. If we all eat right 80 percent of the time and have that 20 percent left over to splurge we're more successful.
Day 7: We're having Grecian Pork Tenderloin Salad tonight. It's an easy one-dish meal that my family loves. We always have left overs so later on this week I'll pair the tenderloin with roasted red potatoes and a steamed veggie.
I lost 2 lbs this week!
