Homemade Snow Globes

The kids and I made one of these and it was easy and fun.

You'll need:

small jar with lid, cleaned
glitter
glycerin
water
small toy or figurine
strong glue like gorilla glue
ribbon

Directions:

Glue the figurine to the lid and let it sit out overnight (don't put the lid onto the bottle).  Fill jar with 1 part glycerin and glitter.  Next, fill with two parts water and stir well.  Place glue along inside rim of the lid and screw onto the jar.  Glue ribbon onto the side of lid.
